Is this the Quixtar WWDB Gred Duncan?

http://www.pokergt.net/blog/Florida+man ... l#comments

"We are pleased that Michael Gaetjens is the first of our patrons to win an All In Energy Drink Invitational Tournament and that he will be making a contribution to charity," said Greg Duncan, CEO.

The energy drinks look similar. No sugars and the All in Energy drink has 28% less vitamin B12.

If an IBO sold this stuff in competition with XS, would that be a violation of quixtar rules subject to termination?

I thought Duncas was a part-owner of XS? It says so according to this article:

I thought the non compete rule only applies if someone is recruiting people into another mlm opportunity.

I think that's the intent of the rule - but certainly NOT how it read, the last time it was posted!!!

I compare people like Duncan to Levi Strauss during the California Gold Rush on my blog today. They may or may not have found riches mining gold in the Amway business, but they certainly struck it rich providing goods and services to those building Amway businesses.

Duncan is triple-dipping (Triple Diamond, Triple Dipping) in fact; he's selling his System to his WWDB downline, selling them XS for PV and BV, and selling outside people All In Energy Drink. Like him or not, he's pretty savvy.

Would Greg Duncan care about breaking any of the rules? Im sure his side businesses are making better money that lame amway cheques.

Yeah - but just like Orrin: if you get terminated by the Corp, you are going to have a harder time selling your tools and functions??

Start your own MLM selling energy drinks?

Funny how IBOs don't get a simple point. They are buying tools from these "dimends" because they have proven that they could build a quixtar business. How does that apply to a completely new and different MLM?

I think I may have mentioned that my Grandfather tried to get involved with another MLM in the early '80's?? (It wasn't against Amway's Rules back then) The company was called Yurika (pronounced eureka) and they sold packaged food that didn't need to be in the refrigerator - a completely novel concept back then!! It was tasty food, too - perfect for backpackers/campers/hunters, etc. Nowadays, shelf-stable food is common; but back then it was really unique.

But I don't ever remember Grampa being particularly successful with it - and I think after several years, Yurika went out of business? Success with ONE MLM sure didn't translate to success with another.

I wonder what was said when Amway turned into a completely new and different online opportunity called "Quixtar"? :)

As far as terminations: I highly doubt it. Greg Duncan is a highly methodical man who is very crafty. I'm sure in Amway Global's 'rebranding' effort they're doing right now they are trying to restart XS outside of the MLM, and allowing Greg to do his little experiment.

They do go well. Or so he says. He claimed to have come up with the incredible edibles program, which, at the time I left hit the rest of the organizations outside of WWDB like a whirlwind.

Be mindful to watch for a new whirlwind product to make XS obsolete. How about a novel concept, like bigger packaging for a lower price to compete with things like Monster?
