I have never EVER seen you swear.

Nice to see something passionate from you QBlog.

Actually, nice to see something from you at all.

Hope to see more!

It's not swearing if it's not really a word is it?

Qblog,

Great to hear from you- Not the kind of response I would have ever heard from you, BUT...

Minnesota Gophers Basketball just hired Tubby Smith from Kentucky as their head coach! I would bet money that within 2 years the the Gophers would be in the final four. I am excited for the program this year- New football coach with a great team AND a superstar basketball coach. The news media is speculating that Tubby Smith has a better record than when Lou Holtz came here to coach. I am looking forward to a great season.

I hope you are doing well!

ROFLMAO!!!! I have no clue who the Tigers are (other than Detroit's Baseball team) but you DO seem pretty passionate about this.....

My nephew (born the day before my girl babies) just signed on to attend Minn. as a chemistry major. As MSU alums and/or supporters, we and his mom and dad aren't thrilled ... BUT what will be will be. Glad to hear they're making good inroads in the sports program anyhow. 'Bout time!!! :-)

Deb -- QBlog is a rabid Tiger fan ... but disappointed today, I'm afraid.

Sorry QBlog! They gave them damn Buckeyes a pretty good fight.

Good comedy writing there Michael.

Um.. yeah, since Tubby is such a "superstar" coach, the best gig he could get was Minnesota?? There is a reason Kentucky is NOT mourning him leaving the program.

Let's be real - Kentucky is a much more elite program than Minnesota in Bball.

He will definitely improve the program as he is a class act - but his recruiting classes were never that great as he prizes defensive grind-it-out players, not scorers, and if that didn't work in the SEC, what makes one think it will work in the Big Ten?

Final Four NIT in two years? Maybe.

NCAA Final Four?? Kiss your money goodbye!
