Sample SNAFU - Yeah, so I signed up for free products on Dec. 10, after the offer. Immediately got an email that said "Thank you for your interest in our products. We will process your request for our free sample within the next 24 hours." I still don't have my free products or an email explaining why. UPDATE: I got the products! Thanks!
