message: Have you heard anything about groups filling the Georgia Dome with 100 diamonds. I was in Jerry Boggus's group a couple years ago and he told us all the God told him (Jerry) that He (God) was going to build 100 diamonds in Jerry's group and they would fill the Georgia Dome in September 2007.
Shortly after that announcement I went to a meeting held by Ron Hale and Ron was saying the same thing to his group. I quit the business shortly after that after wasting three years and $10,000 +.
Have you heard of this Georgia "Dome Diamond" prophesy thing.
Thanks.
kevin
Nope. I haven't heard of this at all. Maybe one of the QBlog readers can shed some light on this? Please leave a comment if you can help Kevin out. Thanks.

This must have been a recruiting tool by the diamonds a few years ago. I remember Howie Danzik (WWDB) using a similar tactic saying that his goal was to help 100 people become financially independent. Followed, of course, by 'if a millionaire is offering to help YOU, why in the world would you turn it down??' I want to say I heard this in 2001-2003 when we were active.
If God truly spoke to diamonds, I don't think He'd be telling them how much more money He was going to get for them.
Typical diamond arrogance and lies.
Yeah, like God would have nothing better to do than talk to a diamond. I can't believe that people hear that crap and it doesn't make them laugh.
I have seen a couple references to the 100-diamonds-in-a-stadium prophecy. They were always from old (eg Diamond in the 1980's or earlier) Yager Diamonds.
When the turnover in IBO's is so steep, you can pretty much say whatever, because there will be noone left to hold you accountable (eg--either they quit or get branwashed, either way, there won't be any questions about promises made 3 years prior).
Did God send them a cd? No he wrote a book and they try to use it to profit like they do on all the other tools by trying to make things fit right into the business.
I remember Jimmy Head (WWG) promoting a similar theme that he would one day fill Dodger Stadium.
Same hype different perpetrators.
I, for one, am looking forward to the "perp walk." May it be sooner than later.

I also heard Howie Danzik saying he built the business to diamond as a single. He's a liar, my wife and I attended the Howie and Susan Danzik emerald function back in 1997. How convenient for these folks to make their divorces disappear.
I think that when reading this, we need to keep in mind the difference between a 'prophecy' and a 'goal' (dream, vision, etc). BWW always talks about the GOAL of 100 diamonds, but I never recall an instance where they prophecied it would occur. I think the dream is OK, but if they believe it was a revelation from God, they are seriously decieved.
In Canada, it's skydome. They're always filling some dome.
Front rows are not filled yet.
I witnessed a vigil where a group of AmQuixtards placed their hands on the wall of the Patriot Center in N. VA at 3am in the morning and "claimed" (in prayer) the place to be filled with 100 diamonds.
And yes, I agree with xanadustc that it's important to keep the difference between the goals and prophecies, but isn't it exactly the point that the line between the two has been blurred by the kingpins from stages and on tapes?
JoeCool18:
Yup, Howie lied about being married 'pre-T' (Theresa). Funny too, when I discovered this deception & asked my upline Emerald about it, he was appalled that I could possibly be upset!!! I remember him telling me that Howie should be able to go on with his life without a past ghosts haunting him. Go figure. Integrity indeed.....definitions are skewed in the Q-bunch.
BB,
I think that may be the case. I will have to consider that further. It would certainly be consistant with Word-Faith Theology that these people are drawing from.

Well, if they are going to break 100 diamonds in a year by 2007, they should probably start breaking one or two pretty soon. John Terhune's been involved with Oasis LifeSciences for 19 months and this month alone, his business broke 2 Blue Diamonds (equal to an EDC-Double in Quix) and 2 Diamonds.
I believe that is more than BWW, WWDB and Team combined.
And how many below them will become broke/broken as a result?
TY,
I hate to burst your bubble here, but the only two people who are going to make diamond at oasis is going to be the top two men, naturally. Bo will be one, of course.
Those are the only two people who will become a diamond at Oasis. How many other former Passport reps can move their entire downline to oasis? I wouldn't think very many have a bigger downline than Bo Short.
Wait Wait Wait Wait!
Only a couple of months ago it was "we don't need titles" and now Ty's in a pissing contest on which MLM's Diamonds are better?
Amazing!
Let's also keep one thing in perspective. As of October, Oasis claimed to have sent out less than 7,000 bonus checks. It also claimed to have around 35,000 or so customers.
Oasis is light years away from the type of saturation that Quixtar now endures.
But back to the Diamonds. What you're witnessing with this Passport to Oasis group is all that I've been warning about for a couple of years. You're watching the transformation in living color.
Kevin,
Do you know if Jerry Boggus has any diamonds in his downline? Do you know who his upline diamonds are? (I am trying to complete an LOS chart of all diamonds and above.)
Thank you for any help you can give me.
Jim
I would be interested in knowng how many Passport Associates crossed-over to Oasis.
I think you may be mistaken, if you assume that Bo built a large downline in Passport.
I may be wrong, but I can only take an educated guess, based on my group of 30 or so past Passport Associates, and their reactions to Passport's attempt to cross-over to Oasis.
I have heard it said by diamonds and others in rallies when I was active a few years back, but I don't recall it being said as a "God told me" message.
Back in the day (1981-83) I was in Keith Belknap's Champions Organization. His goal was to fill the Superdome.
The last rally I went to before my diamonds broke away from the Belknaps was at the Shrine Auditorium in Southern California. (Yes, THAT Shrine Auditorium.) That was the first and only time I ever heard Keith say "God told me..." and it made the hair stand on the back of my neck.
Eric,
You're a diamond, you just don't have the pin.
Hey Kevin ( the guy who posted up the main argument about loosing 10,000 dollars). HMMMM...... 10,000 dollars does seem like alot of money to lose in an industry (quixtar), but then again it is easy to throw around numbers and blame it on the business. I was just wondering, if you could go into detail on how exactly you ended up loosing 10,000 dollars.... When you have gained money, and then have IBO's under you that start to drop out... its not called loosing money. Its not quixtar's fault, maybe its yours. And lets suppose you did start loosing money, how long would you have to stay in the business before you'd realize they were trying to "steal from you. OH and one more thing, you were also stating (yourself) that you were wasting the money, lol, now who's fault is that.
For most people, while they are in the business, they are simply following upline advice. "Buy more tapes, buy more function tickets". Next thing you know, you lost a lot of money chasing a dream that will not materialize.
By the time you realize you're being scammed, you're in the hole for thousands of dollars.
During my time in the business, I lived in Central California near Fresno. Most of my losses were related to going to major functions in San Francisco, Denver, Pheonix (twice), San Diego and Reno. There were also a number of regional functions in LA. Even then, I missed major functions in Houston and Tulsa. I was single and didn't have kids, so I didn't have to pay babysitter fees. There was also gas, wear and tear on the car, and meals. I didn't personally lose $10,000, but I did make a good faith effort to build the business and was never rewarded for the time, money, and effort that I put into it.
I lost $10, 000 in Quixtar. Want info?
It's all in my blog. Let me know if you can't find it.
In reply to the guy who wants to know where my $10,000 went.
Let's just look at one summer growth conference I went to with my wife and my 4 month old at the time.
Plain tickets: $500
Tapes to listen to while traveling: $50
Books to read while traveling: $40
Two nights at the resort: $300
Meals: $150
Tickets: $220
Babysitting: $30
Convincing myself I'm the next diamond: Worthless
A couple of those a year and it's easy to see how one could lose $10,000 over a three year period.
How much XS Energy drinks would I have to sell to make $1000?
Given, I did choose to do all of this (with a little convincing of course) and we did get to visit some nice places and meet some nice people, but I think I could have invested that money into something more beneficial for my family.
Finally getting out of Quixtar: Priceless!
Losing $10,000? You know you could write that off your income and be in a lower tax bracket?
Yes I would like to know what gives Quikstar the right to use God and the bible for profit sake? The god I worship was very poor offered no finiacial reward. I feel that this is the worst thing to tell people that God wants you to be rich. If thats the case all crimials have the same right to make a million off of "MARKS".
Bah! Bill Britt was saying that he was going to break 100 diamonds in a year back in the early 90's too. Nothing about the GA Dome, though.
I guess God has other plans for Bill.
