Team of Destiny Tool Money

How much money does the Team of Destiny leadership make from the sale of tools? Well, according to data on Dave Touretzky's site, it's quite a bit of cash.

If this report is an accurate representation of the TOD tool money payout then they're the first numbers I've ever seen. Orrin Woodward talks about the profits from the tool system but has never said how much profit (to my knowledge) in solid figures and dollar amounts. Do these tool numbers look right to anyone?
