Riddle:

Take the first five letters of the organizational name. Next take out the fourth letter from that group. What you are left with spells out what most smart people wind up doing with their IBO'ships.

how about
QUIXTAR = QUIT A Rx
Rx is a medical abbreviation for prescription...so quit a prescription, or rather THE prescription they are tying to give ouit to cure poverty or fear of poverty
