Amway Spotlights

By QBlog in

I recently posted about the PHP links on the Quixtar.com homepage and a friend mentioned to me that Amway had tried something sort of like this before. They called it Amway Spotlights. If you can figure out the point of those "spotlight" pages I'd be interested in hearing your idea. I don't have a clue.

And in case you're wondering, I checked and yes, those domains are owned by Alticor.

The Spotlight Pages appear to be an attempt to personalize the Amway site for new IBOs and visitors by providing some words of encouragement and motivating articles.

I figured it out. It appears Team of Destiny is trying to fight back using the search engines. A negative site has the names of all the TOD platinums. In order for surfers to not find the negative site, TOd is flooding the web with their own sites to burry the negative sites.
