If you are a lawyer state your full name, what law firm you practice with, how long you've been practicing law and what state you are licensed in.
That is amazing q-blog that someone who goes around with a fake identity will then get self righteous about my choosing to remain anonymous - since I know how ridiculous you can be to lawyers like calling and taping them to make them a public festival for your fun. The truth about your identity will come out soon enough. Good day.
Who's getting self-righteous?
T.O.D. is a scam and scott is just telling the truth!! deal with it you cult losers!!
Let me give you just a short list of Scott Larsen's lies:
1. TOD never had Hal and Harriet Lyons in to speak.
2. Scott had Bo Short on his website as a fake diamond and then took it off when he became friends with him. (Friendship does not change facts)
3. Scott Larsen has Tim Marks listed as a non-q-12 qualifier on his website.
4. TOD has over 200 platinums not the low number Scott claims.
If Scott were even attempting to be legitimate he would change these easily identifiable facts, but I know he won't Scott is not interested in the truth. I am a man who does research and I know these are four of the many lies Scott has told. So don't go stating Scott tells the truth when you know he doesn't, or else that makes you a liar.
The only lies, and illegal schams is being done by TOD. Please go to micigangov.com see what they say to stay away from. All you have to do is enter in the search area pyramid scheme, word for word it will describe your beloved TOD.. And what does it say? ILLEGAL
That is your answer? That didn't address any of Mr. Hoover's points. You are now definitely qualified for the Springer show. Eric you said Scott was telling the truth and Mr. Hoover pointed out at least 4 areas where he wasn't and then you call tod illegal? Your logic is full of holes. Stick to the point! Did Scott tell the truth here or not. If just one of these four points is true then Scott lied and he is not telling the truth. Is your only defense to call something a pyramid that has Quixtar's approval, many top lawyers approval, and Better Business Bureau approval. It is hard to go into a battle of wits with a man as unarmed as you. Good day.
Socrates,
Please provide proof of the follow:
1. "Scott had Bo Short on his website as a fake diamond and then took it off when he became friends with him. (Friendship does not change facts)"
During what timeframe did Scott list Bo as a fake diamond and what page was this listed on (URL)? Also, did you personally see this or was this something you were told by others.
2. "TOD has over 200 platinums not the low number Scott claims."
Where are these numbers publicly available? Please provide a link or cite your source.
Just to jump in here... I don't know if what Scott says is true. However, I do know that it's really freakin' hard to find verifiable facts about Quixtar. I've been searching for about two years and still have many questions.
Please answer my questions.
Hello q-blog, you are addressing me, but I am sure you meant to talk to Mr. Hoover. I can answer this dillemma however so I will. Mr. Hoover can produce documentation from Scott Larsen's site that Bo Short faked his diamondship, but he says before he does this, you should ask Scott himself to see if he lies about the evidence. If he lies I will show you an electronic copy of his sight with compromising information and if he admits to changing the facts on his site then Mr. Hoover proves his point. Oh the dillemmas that liars put themselves in. Q-blog will you report factually the results of this test no matter what the outcome?
Just tell me the date that this info was posted on Scott's site (that Bo was a fake diamond) and give me the URL for that info (even if that info has now been changed). Send it to me privately if you want.
Also, give me documentation that will prove that TOD has 200 platinums.
And yes, of course I'll publish this info if it turns out that Scott has been lying. However, it's common knowledge that Bo Short bought his sixth leg to achieve his diamond status. He's admitted as much himself. He's never claimed otherwise to my knowledge.
My motto (one of many), "put up or shut up."
Q-blog - I sent you the answer through email I hope it comes through alright, you know us old guys don't know much about computers.
I have answered my part now the question is will Scott fix these known discrepancies in his story or is the story more important than the facts. Q-blog please help!
I'm also currious as to how Bo Short was a "fake Diamond" and when it was on scott's website.
Can that information be posted?
It is not secret that bought bought his sixth leg. He admits it.
"I discussed this in detail several years ago. I used my business as the example. I bought 2/3’s of my 6th leg in Honduras. I was there with a number of emeralds that qualified as diamonds alongside me. What was taking place was unspoken between us, as we all knew that the “language of it” was different than “stretching”. However, it was a practice that is taught to the newest person going after their first 1000 pin. "

As much as I opposed Quixtar at first in my own efforts in my local area, it has come to my attention that there are some interesting facts about to come out (no one knows the exact timeline) in court concerning some of these anti-quixtar blogs and websites and the people who operate them. As much as I dislike multi-level marketing, I know the FTC says it's legal and even apologized to Amway for the lawsuit it brought against it in the 1970s. And, from what a friend of mine at the FTC says about what makes a legal and illegal MLM, I can't find anything wrong with the Quixtar model. Now, more than likely there are problems with some of the business owners themselves...but not the model. As my friend told me, "If we shut down legit MLM's, such as Quixtar, Mary Kay, and others, we might find ourselves shutting down franchises next." He believes that as far as the average Joe on the street is concerned, if they put the same "acid" test to franchising as they do to legal MLM's, they would soon believe that franchising is illegal too. I will be very interested in the next few months..perhaps up to two years..to see what info comes out about the blog developers and exactly if Quixtar is going at this alone or if they have the backing of any government agencies.
My wife and I were contacted last week by an "IBO". I was curious about the business and made an attempt to "investigate" Quixtar which did not dsiplay positive results.
We where then invited to a conference in out area (I missed having to work late) but my wife made it. She too was more confused after the small meeting.
She invited the contacting IBO's over so I can ask more questions. From what I gathered from a brief meeting (2 hours) the main way to "grow" is to recruit potential IBO's, Members or Clients. I fail to understand how the "Exclusive Product's" and " Famous Brands" will generate additional income.
Can anyone explain their process as I (we) have not committed to anything or has given any money. The IBO has given me a CD/DVD to review, I hope it's not a motivational DVD.
I am a lawyer and taping someone without their knowledge with the specific intent of degrading their business is tortious interference. I wouldn't be surprised if Scott ends up in court on this one. If he had done that to one of my clients that is where I would see him. On a tape you can cut and splice and make anything look bad that is why in most states it is illegal to tape someone without their permission.
