I like SA8
By QBlog in
Just a personal anecdote about a particular Quixtar product.
The laundry room in our house is in the garage. In that room there is a drain in the floor, near the washing machine. The drain line in the back of the washing machine ultimately flows through this drain and after a couple of years in our house this drain would back up with every load of laundry.
Since it was concrete and it didn't back up too much we just lived with it for a while. However, the high-water mark increased over time and we finally called a plumber. He snaked the drain and did some other plumber things and we were happy... for a couple of weeks.
The drain promptly began backing up again and right before we called the plumber back to fix it we started using SA8 laundry detergent. You heard right. The day we used SA8 our drain did not back up. I don't think our clothes were any cleaner (I don't really pay attention to that stuff) but our drains did not back up.
A few weeks later we ran out of SA8 and used our old brand of liquid detergent. That day the drain backed up again. So, we stuck with SA8. We believe that SA8 fixed the problem because it has fewer suds than regular detergent or maybe because we used less but we really have no idea why SA8 fixed our drain problems.
Does this mean I recommend SA8? Sure, why not? It's not that bad and it seems to have fixed our drain problem.
Comments
I would suggest that SA8 is Quixtar's best product.
WHEN I FIRST USED SA8 THE FIRST LOAD I WASHED TURNED ALL OF MY CLUTHES BLUE. I WAS FURIOUS AND CALLED THE PERSON THAT I BOUGHT IT FROM RIGHT AWAY. AFTER TALKING WITH THEM I FOUND OUT THAT BECAUSE I HAD ALWAYS USED A POWDER THAT THE BLUE WAS CLAY BUILDUP FROM MY OLD DETERGENT. I WASHED MY CLOTHES AGAIN IN SA8 AND IT TOOK ALL OF THE BLUE RIGHT BACK OUT. IN MY OPION SA8 IS THE BEST ON THE MARKET.
JUSTIN,
Did SA8 also activate your Caps Lock?
It's a nice product.....but way too overpriced in my opinion.
if you like SA8, use other Quixtar products. They are much better. Try the LOC dishwashing detergent. Last you much longer and better quality and low price when you compare quality. If you guys like energy drinks, try Xs energy drinks. 0 carbs and 0 suger and taste better than Reb Bull. I am currently using a lot of products that Quixtar offers. I find the quality of the products AWSOME!!!
Hello, yeah, I seen that comment made by Indid Cold. If that person had done any background research before that comment was made, IT NEVER WOULD OF BEEN MADE! Lets not even take quality into consideration... if we are looking at price only, SA8 still is better priced then the cheapest detergent I found which I believe was Purex. I did a small survey, many people believe Tide is the best detergent out there, when I did tests and had other people try SA8, only 1 out of 17 people liked Tide over SA8 better. I don't think that person even tried it but it doesn't matter, even if that person lied more people liked SA8 better. Before anyone makes a negative comment about SA8 they better do some background research or else they will make an unintelligent comment like "somone" in the post. Look... just try SA8 and you will like it. If not, its 100% guaranteed, you can even use the whole box! If you would like more information please e-mail me at AKaeckmeister@aol.com
I started using thi soap about 4 months ago, and it has been 4 months since I bought laundry detergent.
I was shocked at how long it last, in a 4 month period I would have used 64.00 on the tide I used to buy twice a month.
this stuff is amazing...
plus has saved me money someone said the dish soap lasted a single person for a whole year, imagine that a whole year without spending money on dish soap. Unheard of ...
Excellent product and the smell is great too, I will never go back to regular laundry soap again.
I have been using SA8 since November last year and my son was allergic to the other detergents and would get a rash if I used something besides the little baby-safe detergent that costs too much. He is doing wonderfully with SA8 and has not had any rash. Also, Our clothes are brighter than they were before. I love all the products I have tried so far.
Hello,
My wife and I are IBOs' powered by Quixtar. SA8 IS the best on the market hands down. In fact, my mom just bought a new washing machine, Maytag Neptune, she was told to use only High-Efficiency detergent. Well, SA8 is exactly what she needs to use. Figure $30 for 150 loads. That lasts us 6 months, family of 3. That comes out to $5.00 month.

Yes, SA8 is the best. My wife and I started to use it and really liked it's cleaning power.
I have a lady in NY that I contacted and she and her husband used to use SA8 and lost their contact. Well, when she found out I sold it she came down to PA and wrote a $250.00 check for SA8 and LOC products.
However I have displayed it to other folks and you'd be suprised, at the number of people that won't switch knowing it's a better deal.
My wife and I are IBO's and love our products.

I currently do use SA8 and am very pleased with it. My husband wears scrubs to work that the hospital launders, so in the last year and a half, we've only gone through about 1 3/4 boxes.
We are expecting our first baby soon and have decided to use cloth diapers, so I know I need to use something that won't irritate my babies bum or leave build up on the diapers, so I was happy to read on the quixtar site that it disolves better in water and also from a woman on this site that it did not irritate her child's sensitive skin.
My husband and I are currently IBO's, but we maintain our membership just because of all the wonderful products that they produce. I would definitely reccommend SA8 and just about any other quixtar product to anyone.
I Love all the products thats why I buy them and sell them, everyone I talked to also love the products if you are interested in free shipping check out my website i sell the sa8 products and offer free shipping on orders 75.00 dollars or more it might be cheaper then what you might be buying if for now too www.rmsherman.com
Before becoming an IBO I used the products are was thoroughly impressed. Since becoming an IBO those whome I have introduced to the Nutrilite products, the oral and skin care are delighted with the results
Thank you for a useful, unbiased review. I've been trying to find reviews on Quixtar products and I find it very frustrating that most reviews say something like "SA8 is the best laundry detergent ever! In fact all quixtar products are wonderful. If you want to buy some, email me at ibo@quixtar.com". Even if it's true, not very convincing if someone is trying to sell it to me!
Just tried my first bottle of the SA8 liquid laundry detergent, along with the enzyme pretreatment. It all did an excellent job on some three-day-old bloodstains on white sheets, but proved unable to make any kind of difference in some older stains. Seems like good detergent overall, but for me the deal-breaker is the fragrance, which I find I really dislike. Too bad there isn't a fragrance-free version. Oh well; on to the next.
I used to use SA8 a long time ago and for some time I had forgotten it (lots of moving around and life challengs). I am excited to be using it again. I've literally used almost every brand on the market (except Gain and generics...why bother). Living in Nevada means very dry, windy conditions, intense sun with horrid water. We work and play outside all the time and sometimes the clothes are so dirty, I'd almost rather throw them away then clean them. Getting clothes clean is no the only problem - rags used to wash the salt and grime off the car - rags to clean floors - towels used to dry the dog. I used to wash things twice (with reg. detergent), just to be sure. But with SA8 I don't have an anxiety attack anymore and pull those clothes out of the washer without doing my usual inspection. I'm convinced this is the best stuff for my family and lifestyle.
Nothing wrong with that. I found the detergent worth using myself.
