A QBiz "Leader" has finally spoken

Just saw this note from "A Leader" named "bob" from QBiz. However, since it's anonymous, I have no way to guarantee the authenticity of this email so it may just be some teenage "H@x0r" having a little fun.

message: What have you accomplished in your life that would qualify you to make a comment on a business? Your like a professor who is only good at passing tests to get more degrees that impress (but have never accomplished anything!). What qualifications do you have to even comment on a business model?Is it that you we're once in the business and quit? Is that why I should listen to you? There are two million of you Bloggers out there...computer nerds that spend most of the day, and all of the night, in front of a computer (because you have no social skills) writing to each other and quoting other Bloggers?

I need your help, I started qbiz back in November. So far I do love some of the products they have. But that is all. I did the meetings, house meetings, got the tools, I even went to the crowning touch seminar, that my Emerald said was mandatory to go to for the growth of my biz. That was a whopping $400.00 dollars. And I thought this is great now this is something I could do. I was certified on their SAM machine and to do color with the makeup and skin care. It has been a month I told them, Qbiz I did not want to go to any more meetings and I do not want any more tools. All I wanted to do was have a make-up biz. NOW NO ONE WILL TALK TO ME. I cant even rent the machine to do SAM. They said I can't buy it either. That I need to go to the meetings to get to know my team so they will help me. I have been around every one for months now. I don’t get it. AND when I said I DID NOT WANT TO SPEND ANYMORE MONEY ON TOOLS TO CANCEL THEM SHE SAID I DONT KNOW HOW,I WILL HAVE TO CHECK UP LINE. THE VERRY NEXT DAY I GOT A CALL FROM I NET TOOLS SAYING MY CREDIT CARD WAS DECLINED!!!!! I SAID WHAT, NO ONE IS TO USE THAT FOR TOOLS. THAT IS WHY YOU GIVE YOUR SPONSER CHEKS. SO I SAID TO CANCEL TOOLS ALL TOGETHER. MY SPONCER RAN OUT OF CHEKS, NEVER TOLD ME I OWED MONEY FOR TOOLS I WOULD GLADLY PAY IF IDID OWE. BUT THEY WENT BEHIND MY BACK ANYWAY. MY CARD WAS ONLY TO BE USED TO SIGHN ME UP. IT WAS DECLINED BECOUSE THEY HAD THE WRONG EXPERATION DATE. I STILL AM NOT SURE AS TO WHO WAS DOING THIS BECOUSE MY DERECT SPONSER DID NOT HAVE MY NUMBER TO MY CARD. AND NOW i feel what could have been a great business is destroyed because I cant even get the SAM machine, I lost all the clients I had for that reason. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

About the credit card: call the credit card company and have them cancel this one, and try to get a new card with a new number. Explain to them that someone tried to make a charge, but was declined, but you don't know who. They *hate* having loose card numbers around and aside from long waits on hold, can be pretty helpful.
About the checks: Call the bank if you still have any checks out and put stop payments on them.
About the $400: this money is probably gone forever, because it's too little to be worth pursuing in small claims.
About people ignoring your requests: Put all requests in writing and keep copies. I'm not sure of the best ways to pursue that, but generally I'd work my way up the upline, and failing that, ask a lawyer or a business bureau for what steps to take next. I'm not sure there's anything else to do there, except choose to avoid these people as business associates or customers.
About the makeup business: You can probably do better on your own. There are books about starting your own business in the libraries, and often free or cheap seminars offered by university extension services. With your interest, you can probably find some wholesale resources. I don't think you'll need the SAM machine necessarily to be successful.
About Qbiz: resign, or at least don't be on autorenewal.
i do know on think i am a buisness owner it is all about what you do with it once it's givin to you i'm in bww not qbiz it is a little different noting is mandatory in my buisness you're your own person its just what you want to do and what drives you to be better....

It is really to bad you had to hook up with a bad upline.
We are not all like that and Qbiz does not promote to do business like that. I have been a IBO with Qbiz for 5 years and have never been treated like that from any of my upline team. I would wish you would give it a second chance because it is a great business with a lot of great things to gain from it. I agree completely with Jerry, I have been with QBiz, for one year. I actually find it funny that I joined within a week of when Jerry posted, and have never met him. But it bites to hear your upline was so rude. It is just to bad you may never see these things if you wanted to since they were posted 2 and 3 years after your post respectively. Hope your life is going great, and hope you were able to work with the SAM machine or get one if that is what you really wanted!

We paid with our visa account to be able to use skype services on January 17th 2008 and as yet we have no service or credit. The amount taken out of our account was $74.60. Can you please contact me by email as what I have to do to get skype pro and to be able to use their services.
